SHIPPING POLICY

Nuovaluce Beauty LLC shipping charges are usually based upon the weight of the package and destination’s country. The orders received for the stocked merchandise are executed on the same day if they are received before 2 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) and the orders received after 2 pm are shipped on the next working day. Moreover, the similar policy is applied to expedited merchandise and standard ground shipments. However, the orders shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customers are bound to follow the manufacturer’s policy and can be delayed.

Nuovaluce Beauty LLC shipping is delighted to ship internationally as well as across North America but, it is subject to the policy of vendors if they are willing to ship internationally or not, in some exceptional cases.

Orders received can take up to 24 hours for processing and shipping, however customers will receive an email detailing the tracking information. The shipment maximum delivery time is around 2 Business Days for the United States and 6-8 Business Days for International customers.

Free Shipment

Free 2 Day shipping option is given for customers receding in the United States through USPS. However, if the shipment is outside the USA an international shipping fee will apply. Flat rate shipping charge is only $34.00 worldwide except USA. 

PO Boxes

Orders delivered to international P.O. Boxes are delivered only through USPS through the local post-office or any other courier. However, the delivery time can be extended for International PO BOXES.

Customs and Duties for International Customers

Customers are responsible for all legal charges including taxes, custom fees and duties levied on the receiving package. It is also required by the custom authorities that each package should have its retail cost displayed on the package. Nuovaluce Beauty LLC cannot entitle any package as being a “Gift” to waive custom fees and duties.

Please take into account that, custom authorities can with hold some packages depending on their discretion. For more information, do contact your local custom office to get to know about the custom duties and fees.

Customers of Canada

Good & Service Tax (GST) and Provincial Sales Tax (PST) are varied depending upon the destination location and price of the merchandise. Normally, the duty is calculated based upon the merchandise price and the place of origin.

Restrictions for Shipment

It is the responsibility of the customer to know in advance regarding the import restrictions (on certain items) of his/her country. Nuovalue Beauty LLC can neither reship nor refund, if the merchandise is confiscated by the local custom authorities.
If the shipment is destined for Brazil then it would require CPF (Cadastro Pessoa Fisica) with the format 000.000.028-00 but, for individual customers only. In the case of businesses, it is called CPNJ or the Cadastro Nacional de Pessoa Juridica with format 00.000.486/0001-0.



If the shipment is destined to Indonesia, then it would need an import license.
If the shipment is destined to Serbia and if it is over $200 dollars then, it would require a business license.

Please make sure, you adhere to all the above mentioned requirements as it is not possible to reship or refund if the merchandise is confiscated by the customs.
