All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Once your order is submitted, please allow 1–2 business days for our team to prepare it for shipment. Orders placed after 12 PM PST may begin processing the following business day. During periods of high demand, seasonal promotions, or product launches, processing times may extend slightly; however, we make every effort to send out all orders as quickly as possible.
Standard shipping typically arrives within 4–5 business days after your order has finished processing. Expedited shipping options, when available at checkout, offer quicker delivery and will vary depending on your location and the carrier’s service schedule. Please note that carriers may occasionally experience delays outside of our control, particularly during holidays, severe weather conditions, or periods of unusually high package volume.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. From time to time, Nuovaluce Beauty may offer promotional free shipping within the United States. When applicable, these promotions will be clearly displayed on our website or through our marketing channels.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery progress. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update, depending on the carrier’s scanning schedule and package movement.
Please take a moment at checkout to verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Nuovaluce Beauty is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders returned to us due to address errors may require additional shipping charges to reship.
If your package is marked as delivered but you are unable to locate it, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or building management in case it was received on your behalf. In many cases, carriers may mark packages as delivered shortly before they physically arrive, so we suggest waiting an additional 24 hours. If the package still cannot be found after that window, you may contact the carrier directly to initiate a missing package investigation.
International shipping availability may vary depending on product type and destination country. When international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, customs fees, and any additional charges required by the destination country. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
