The information below outlines our standard shipping practices, timeframes, and guidelines to ensure clarity throughout the process.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Once your order is submitted, please allow 1–2 business days for our team to prepare it for shipment. Orders placed after 12 PM PST may begin processing the following business day. During periods of high demand, seasonal promotions, or product launches, processing times may extend slightly; however, we make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping is free for all orders, including international shipments when available. Standard shipping typically arrives within 4–5 business days after your order has finished processing. Please note that carriers may occasionally experience delays outside of our control, particularly during holidays, severe weather, or periods of unusually high package volume.
International shipping availability may vary depending on the product type and destination country, and we may not be able to ship to all locations.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery progress. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update depending on the carrier’s scanning schedule.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Nuovaluce Beauty is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders returned to us due to address errors may require additional shipping charges to reship.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or building management. Carriers may also mark packages as delivered shortly before they physically arrive, so please allow an additional 24 hours. If your package still cannot be found after that window, you may contact the carrier directly to initiate a missing-package investigation.
When international shipping is offered, duties and taxes are included in the international shipping fee. No additional fees are required at checkout. However, Nuovaluce Beauty is not responsible for any missed, uncollected, or additional customs-related charges that may be assessed by the destination country after shipment.
