Following the recent government announcement to help flatten the curve of COVID-19, We are making some changes with our operations to comply with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines. Here’s how we will operate:
1. Processing times may be delayed. We adhere to strict hygiene practices every day to ensure the safety of our employees and our clients. Our team will continue to reinforce sanitation and hygiene measures to minimize any risk of exposure. Generally we process our shipment for USA within 2 Days and for International within 4-6 Business Days. Although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks and promotions etc.
2. We are also adding additional steps to make sure the products you will receive is safe and hygiene.
